The New Classes are done!!! We are sending out a letter to each dancer with their new team, time, teacher, requirements and prices.

 

Can you believe it?  It's done!!!! It took us almost 7 weeks of going over dancers and teams and after many many days of intensely looking at every clogger and where they should go and then trying to match them with their friends/carpool and then trying to juggle YM/YW (which runs every night of the week, except for Monday which is FHE and Friday - and no one wants to dance on Friday night), we finally have our classes done! YEAH!!!!!!

 

We spent SO much time arranging so each dancer is moved up to a challenging class where they should be with kids they should match up well and a great teacher. We ask you sincerely to check to see if you can make the class you are assigned to work, before E-mailing us back with "we have a problem". We know we will get several, and despite asking for any conflicts beforehand (and arranging around all we received), we hope we can minimize the number of requests.

 

However, we know we will have some problems (we always do). If you can't make your class, let us know by E-mail and we can let you know the possible alternative classes. There are always alternatives, but it is most often a class just below the one you are assigned to, and most likely with kids either a little younger or older, but sometimes that is all that can be done. Sometimes, there are classes of the same ages and levels too, but removing one from one class makes the class a little smaller. If several move, it makes the class harder to hold. We will be in Branson here shortly and will be back Aug 6th to answer any questions.

 

So we ask you to try and make the class work into your schedules if possible. We have over 220 cloggers and tried to make every schedule fit and think we have done most of them.....hence the many days of work.

 

Also, almost all the teams are reshuffled and renamed. A team name from last year is not necessarily the same as this year. If you are on the same team, it does not mean you are repeating the class. Just the team is named that name. Everyone has moved up one or two teams or levels!

 

Letters go in the mail in the morning. Take a look and let us know! Please read through the entire letter to make sure you get all you need to know.

 

The letters explain everything about the new classes, requirements and when it all starts. We will have an open house Saturday Aug 23 from 12-2. Classes start the Tuesday September 2nd.

Also, if there are any cloggers who would like to either start in our beginning class or want to start again (been clogging before) now is the time. We have two beginning classes and they are filling up.
